When your heart cannot pump enough blood to your body the way that it should, it’s called heart failure.
And this leads to blood and fluid backing up into the lungs, swelling in the feet, ankles and legs, and overall tiredness as well as shortness of breath.
It can be caused by coronary artery disease, high blood pressure and diabetes and more likely to occur in people over the age of 65, overweight, male, or have had a prior heart attack.

It also reduced the number of arrhythmias - an irregular heartbeat rhythm.
Sauna treatment also improved the leg pain that people with congestive heart failure may experience.
